Radcliff Family

Posted on September 8, 2010

My new favorite family portraits are here!  Seeing something in my mind and waiting for someone to say “have at it!”  The best thing a photographer likes to hear!  After a few rescheduled sessions due to weather we were finally able to torture Kim’s boys.  At least they thought it was going to be torture.  I think I changed their mind about family portraits and won’t grumble so much next time mom says it’s picture time.  ;)

I had a great time with your boys Kim and hope they enjoyed themselves and didn’t grumble too badly about being so wet and dirty on the way home.  Thank goodness for leather seats. ;)  lol  Hope you enjoy your previews as much as I enjoyed picking them out for you.  Your session was awesome!  Can’t wait for you to see the rest.

Jordan 2

Posted on September 8, 2010

Yep, another Jordan….  this one I’ve got to see grow up.  From grade school to graduation (soon), I can’t believe how quickly time passes.  This is just a quick preview of Jordan’s session, we still have more to come!  She’s a farmer’s daughter and we’re heading to the field come harvest time, watch for Jordan again this fall!

Hope you enjoy your previews girl!  You’ve grown into a beautiful young woman that your parents can be proud of.  Enjoy every moment of your senior year!

Raegan

Posted on August 31, 2010

I can’t believe how much Raegan has grown!!!  You may remember her baby photo session from 2006.  Yes, 2006.  She is growing up so fast!

Now look at her!  I miss seeing these two….I think they need to live closer to grandma!  ;)  I’m sure grandma and grandpa would agree Shelley.

I know Cole was excited to have a new baby sister when Raegan was born.  Some days I think he wishes he could have gotten a brother instead.  ;)  lol  He’s still an awesome big brother!  Of course he always has dad to sympathize when the girls take control.

It was so great to see your family again Shelley!  Talk to you soon!

Houghton Boys

Posted on July 27, 2010

I can’t believe how much these boys have grown.  Tyler and Chanse went through grade school together, but it doesn’t seem that long ago!  Now they are starting high school….where does the time go?

Creed impressed me with his shooting skills.  He’s a G.I. Joe in the making!  He loves to target shoot and I wouldn’t be surprised if you see him in The Outdoor Channel one of these days! ;)  The storm the night before the boys’ session gave us a terrific prop opportunity!  :)

Momma is proud of her boys…. and rightly so.  Thanks for the fun Katie!

Riley & Ryan

Posted on July 19, 2010

You know, there are some clients (most actually!) that you always look forward to seeing time and time again.  Riley (and his parents too I suppose) is one of those clients!  This kid can make me smile and laugh like crazy.  Such a character!

But it was great to meet little brother Ryan too.  Who would have thought that your baby’s dresser could be so cute in a photo?!  That’s what Lifestyle Portraits are all about.  Ask any mom who has had her Lifestyle session and she’ll tell you it was so much easier and more relaxed than any photo session they’ve ever had.   It pays to stay at home! ;)

And yes, we have plenty of his cute little mug without that paci too! ;)  lol  Sometimes you just gotta work with it!  LOL  After doing some of Ryan’s photos we went outside to play!  A few quick family photos…..

And then it was time for the fun stuff!!!  In less than 10 minutes (yes, TEN) Riley had me watching him swing on a rope, racing around playing tag, riding the gator, climbing stumps, and pulling his wagon searching for alligators.  :)  The kid can move!  lol… but it was a terrific ten minutes.  I don’t think I have one bad picture of this little cutie.  He stole my heart when he was born and he’ll always be one of my favorites.  Thanks mom and dad for sharing your boys with me.  I had a great time!

Check out ‘GQ Riley’… what a poser!  ;)

Edie & River

Posted on July 16, 2010

It’s been a great week for babies!  Angie brought her cuties to me today and we had a wonderful time playing outside!  Edie has grown so much and River is ALWAYS a joy.  :)

It’s kiddos like these that make my job a breeze!  Thanks again Angie for sharing your most prized possessions with me.

And yes….. I just can’t stay away from the creek with these adorable babies!  It’s too precious!

Ava is growing!

Posted on June 10, 2010

It was such a pleasure to have Ava as a baby planner, and now that she has graduated I’m loving her coming back for more sessions.  These are the FUN times!  She’s getting old enough to interact, flash her personality and play!  She loves her little pink car and I think she’d drive to California if mom could push that far!  lol  :)

Another highlight of Ava’s session was her Pish Posh dress.  Amy allowed me to use Ava as a little model!  My Pish Posh line has been a big success in fundraising for our missions work and I love seeing the kids in their clothes.  :)  Ava looked so adorable in her Pish Posh Peasant Dress.

Stay tuned…. Ava’s next session is going to be at the pool!  Looking forward to it Amy!
